I’m 82 going on 83; albeit, I’m continuing to exercise a minimum of four days a week including strength training and cardio. A healthy diet is key, and thanks to my Wife’s help, nutritional savvy and in depth knowledge about cooking and eating healthy I’m blessed for sure. My health has suffered a few setbacks mainly due to COVID and other issues, so I’m vigilant about everything I ingest. By pure coincidence I had the good fortune of being introduced first hand to More Fit Nutrition almost one month ago. All I can say is WOW! It has made a significant difference in my energy levels and gut health. I feel born again and ready to take on the World. Great product! I’m completely sold.
